Health Divine Instruction /健康神圣指示


The Instruction 1:

You will be taught in various stages to reactivate and re-energize your atrophied and near dormant gland called Thymus. This reactivation is your last line of defense against any diseases and infections  We will instruct you on the most effective way now to stimulate and built up your immunity system. They will be 2 more Instructions to further enhance your Immunity system but for now this will suffice. 

1) Look at the images. The glow on the 1st image and in  the side view, the yellow part is the Thymus.

2) Drink a mouthful of water. Now close your eyes for a moment and visualize where it is and Smile to it.

3) Gently and lightly tap at the Thymus location. Say to yourself ” I am healthy and strong. My body is resistant and immune to all infections and diseases.” Do this not more then 10 times a day and each time not more then 2 minutes.

 (You don’t need to close your eyes if you do not want to.)

This very simple exercises will begin the awakening of your Thymus which will produce it’s distinctive cells and has innate high intelligence. It will instinctively seek out any virus infected cells and even cancer cells and killed it.

For children, teach them this simple exercise and for babies and toddlers tap for them -a minute a day will suffice. Remember!very gently and lightly. 

Your Thymus works best when you are sufficiently hydrated. Remember to drink sufficient water frequently and DO NOT be mouth dry or thirsty for more then one minute. Drink as soon as possible. Drink a mouthful of water every 30 minutes to prevent dry mouth and thirst. Also, you can stimulate saliva secretion by chewing gums.

Share and teach this Divine Instructions to your loved ones and close  relatives and to those whom you feel will not ridicule you.
